Fresh from the Garden

This year in my garden we planted a variety of peppers and onions. They were all finally in bloom the end of September so for Sunday dinner we picked fresh peppers onions and carrots from the garden and made fajitas. The peppers were so fresh and hot that it didn't matter how much I washed my hands there was still pepper oils on my hands. I had to remember not to touch my eyes. The fajitas turned out so yummy. Too bad it's cold now and all my peppers are frozen. :(
